Ok...I have a little confession to make... When I said in the posting for the last challenge that WE WERE gonna HAVE THREE WINNERS this time.....I did so without telling the DT I was gonna do that....so if any of U took the time to read their comments on the last challenge's post....their comments about being able to pick three winners this time and HOW EXCITED they were by that fact was genuine!!!!!! My name is Michelle Baca, I've been a graphic designer for nearly 30 years and was recently let go... and started my new career is as a Stay-At-Home-Mom/Freelance Graphic Designer. Being at home is something I've wanted for a long time... so this is a perfect career move for me. I love scrapping my daughter Rainee and our family - Steve, Rainee, my 22 yr old step-son, Austin, our dog Champ and of course me when I can get in a photo - lol!!! The first scrapbook I remember doing was in 5th grade, and over the years scrapped whenever I could... but I truly got bit by the scrap-bug when I had my daughter. Now, Rainee and I scrap nearly every day, and it has become a wonderful place to put down memories, but also a time to make them. We also enjoy doing our little Scrapbook YouTube Videos... we have such a blast doing them...

As for my style... I don't know what it is... each layout starts with the photo and a sketch and I go from there... it rarely looks like the sketch when I'm done... but I always seem to go that direction... guess it's the graphic designer in me... planning. My favorite things to scrapbook are everyday moments... they remind me of what it's like to be a child again, to play, to laugh and to enjoy every second. For me, everyday moments are the ones which hold the unforgettable memories, the ones I want to be remembered on my scrapbook pages. I hope my version of the challenges will encourage you to share your favorites along with us!!!

Ok....now I have said this time and time again....I know, I know....but *whatev* get over it...lol lol lol....I seriously have the HOTTEST DT out there!!!!! And this BEAUTY PROVES IT!!!!! And WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! Chris's FAVE DECADE is an array of different decades!!!! And OMYGOSH!!!! GEORGIA!!!!  Her FAVE DECADE is the 1990's!!!!!!! I love love love love love love love love the colors and all those YUMMY 1990's photos of her!!!!! GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is her journaling about her lo: "As many people of my generation, I love everything related to the the 1980's, but the 1990's will always be my favorite for all that represented in my life. That was when I entered adulthood, that I started and graduated from College, I had my 1st car, my 1st job, my 1st hangover and so many other first times. I lived intensely every minute of those 10 years, every music, every rock concert, every night out, every happening, every fashion . So many discoveries and so much learning, a few disappointments and many beginnings. Today I don't feel sad to think that those times are over and wont come back, I smile at every memory I have. Her FAVE VACATION was when her and hubby went to Italy (*side note...little jealous of that!!!!*) And here is what Amy had to say about her trip: "My hubby and I were invited by a family who has a grandmother with the sur name Muffoletto. We stayed for 2 weeks and even thought we do not know for sure if there is any relationship they still treated us like we were family. It was a trip of a life time. I do believe all the money in the world could not have paid for this trip, the experience  and the feelings we still hold dear to our heart. Jasin was able to take his brother there this summer. yep, They invited us back except next time they want to come to the USA" ...*sigh* how sweet is that?!?!?!?! I've always been a documenter - keeping old-fashioned scrapbooks, autograph books and boxes of memorabilia since I was a child.  I've also always loved to draw and paint and and do crafty-type things.  When I was introduced to the "new style" of scrapbooking I was instantly hooked!  Being able to combine my memories with self-expression and creativity was the perfect fit.  I made my first official scrapbook in 2004 and I've never looked back. I'm so excited to be guest designing for the month of October!

She just amazes me!!!!  :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) From her use of BRIGHT colors and her free hand title work and embellies......and I was LUCKY enough to convince her to make a hand made title for me for one of my LO's when we were together in June!!! My name is Petra Coolen. I am 44 years old and live in a small village in the Netherlands with my partner, daughter, dog and rabbit.
I mostly scrap about them and myself offcourse ;)

Early 2004 I started scrapbooking and never stopped since.
Some of my layouts have been published in a Dutch scrapbookmagazine.
I always said I wouldn´t start a weblog but look at my now: Petra's Blog!!!!

My style is freestyle (I like to mix things up) but always in a sort of orderly way. I like humorous layouts! For example a silly photo/blur photo, a funny quote, the use of non-scrapbooking material or using the standard material in a different way. I hope my layout inspires you to join this challenge. The winner will receive a “happy mail” from me which includes some cool Dutch scrap goodies!

Ok, I have to tell U all this….because I have known this woman from ALMOST when she FIRST started SCRAPPING….and LET me tell U…she has soooooooooooo BLOSSOMED in her scrappy skills….and I am TOTALLY not joking about this….when I first saw this in our “secret” place (hehehehehe) that we keep our LO’s before “reveal” day….I was like….WOW….WOW….WOW….who’s LO is that???!!!!!????? MY BREATH was taken AWAY when I saw it!!!! :):):):):):):) And it was HANNEKE’S!!!!!!! :):):):):):):):) WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!
